I build products that help people create software — and I care about how they get built.

I'm the CTO at Adalo, where I lead engineering, infrastructure, and AI strategy as we evolve how software gets created. Alongside that, I build products through Asynk Tech — my home for experiments and early-stage ideas.

The common thread across both is a belief that building software should be more accessible, and that the people who build should keep ownership of what they make.

I started where a lot of builders start — curious about how things worked, and impatient to make something real. That curiosity turned into years of shipping products across very different industries, each one teaching me something the last one couldn't.

Over time the questions I found most interesting shifted from “how do I build this?” to “how do we build the right things, well, as a team?”

Becoming a technology leader changed the unit of work. The smallest meaningful thing I could move stopped being a feature and became a system — how we decide, how we deploy, how a new engineer gets to their first real contribution, how we know when something is wrong.

Most of leading, I've found, is moving context and trust to the people doing the work — and building the guardrails that let them move fast without fear.

I never stopped making things. Side projects and small companies keep me close to the craft, honest about what's actually hard, and full of ideas I can bring back to the bigger work. Asynk Tech is where those experiments live.
